Department of Chemistry · Centenary Year 1926 – 2026
ICAM-2K26 — the International Conference on Advanced Materials: Engineering and Industrial Applications — brings together scientists, academicians and industry experts to trace the path from materials science to manufacturing.
The Postgraduate & Research Department of Chemistry, Union Christian College, Aluva — established in 1926 — is marking a century of chemistry education and research. ICAM-2K26 is convened as part of this Centenary Year (2026–2027), gathering the materials science community to look at where the field is headed next.
ICAM-2K26 is organized to bring together leading scientists, academicians, researchers and industry experts to discuss recent technological and industrial applications in materials science — from energy storage and chemical sensing to flexible electronics, functional coatings and biomedical materials.
The scientific programme features keynote lectures, invited talks and technical sessions across three days at Union Christian College, Aluva, Kerala, alongside poster and oral presentation competitions for research scholars.
ICAM-2K26 welcomes original research across the following areas of materials science, nanotechnology and manufacturing engineering.
Submission and registration deadlines are being finalized and will be posted here shortly. The conference dates themselves are confirmed.
